Fear (part 4)

Everyone experiences fear in their life. There are big fears we are very aware of and little ones we may not even realize we have — Joyce

Do you wish to overcome your fears?, are you ready to leap over this obstacle?.  If Yes…? here are some keys to overcoming Fears.

Be Determined: A dream doesn’t become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work ~ Collins Powell
Just as Collins has said, overcoming fears is not by magic, it doesn’t just happen. you need to be determined. If Fear is what has placed a limit between you and your Dreams, it’s time for you to get rid of them. Don’t fold your hands and watch fear eat up your dreams, the Key to overcome is in your hands, use it…

Desire is the key to motivation, but it’s determination and commitment to an unrelenting pursuit of your goal – a commitment to excellence – that will enable you to attain the success you seek. Mario Andretti

Be Positive: according to vocalbulary.com to be positive or rather to be an optimist you must always sees the bright side of any situation. see success where others see failure, see joy where others see  sorrow, see gain where others sees pain. Fear is reduced when this is done because

“A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.” ― Winston S. Churchill

when others are crying because they think, feel or perceive that they can’t make it due to fear they have about certain things, you should be rejoicing because you want to give it a try.

Before i started coding with C++ (Learning all by myself) early this year, i had friends all over
who will say to me coding is not easy, you can’t do it on your own, you will get stuck and because you don’t have anyone who will put you through you will have no other choice but to stop…
But I was determined to Learn C++ … I heard all what they (my friends) told me but i did not listen to them. And to be honest i have had several problems, bugs, and errors, but i have overcome. I did not allow the words of my friends to discourage me from starting. And the most interesting part is that the more i solve the problems, the easier coding becomes…

Be an Optimist and never allow fear to keep you from starting.

Dwell on the beauty of life. Watch the stars, and see yourself running with them.” ― Marcus Aurelius

What do you Speak to yourself:  this is kind of a daughter to the point mentioned above (Be Positive)… We hear a lot in a day, and just like ruminants animals we regurgitate all what we have heard during our free time and begin to ponder on them.. Most time we dwell more on the negative words we have heard. How we saw our fiance or fiancee with another sex, how we got that sack letter in our office, how we lost all we had because of one wrong step we took. we don’t just think about this things we also conclude it, like “this relationship is never going to work again —(because of fear that you have lost him/her)”, “I can never make it again now that my business has collapsed (because of fear)”, ” am not going to come out of this sickness -(because of fear)”… The more you conclude any situation like this, the greater the fear becomes so it’s time for you to change how you conclude any situation you are faced with..

Instead of i can’t make it say I know all this are temporary, am going into my Canaan land… this is not a sickness, it’s just a body regulation and am going to come out of it… my business is coming out of this tunnel, and i can see the light….

decree positive things and it won’t take long before you see them coming…
