Do we destroy a Caterpillar just because it doesn’t appeal to the eyes? Should one pass a verdict on a painting while the artist still holds the brush? what rights have we to write off a person when the Creator is still at work? these and many were some of the questions that bugged me in the dark of the night.
When we destroy a Cocoon, inadvertently we stop the emergence of the life. To destroy a Caterpillar is to destroy a potential Butterfly. For everything we can see, there is potential for it much more than the current state.
Looking and seeing are two side of a coin. We may have the ability to look but we may never see. it takes faith to look into the future from the present. There is no proof that what is supposed to be will be instead, there is a belief in the constancy and unchangeable nature of God. Until we develop the eyesight of God we may never be able to know what he has in store for us.
It doesn’t matter what you are presently passing through, It doesn’t matter how many people talk you down, it doesn’t matter how many loathe your current stage, just know that your beautiful end is on its way, know that God knows the ending from the beginning. Therefore, He has planned a glorious and beautiful end for you. You might not see the beauty of His painting and Sculpting yet, but be rest assured that cynosure of all eyes will the finished work be. He has a beautiful painting in mind, just relax and see in faith.
“for i know the plans i have for you,” declares the LORD,”plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future”. Jeremiah 29:11
